Paymaster for PLI at a glance

Who it is for
dApps whose users already hold PLI.
The problem it solves
Users who hold PLI but no XDC cannot pay for gas, so they cannot use your dApp.

What it does

  • ERC-4337 EntryPoint v0.7 token paymaster
  • PLI price from the Plugin PLI/XDC feed, with a staleness limit
  • Fixed parameters at deploy: no proxy, pause or setter
  • The owner can withdraw only its own deposit, stake, and collected PLI
  • MIT licence; we hold no key or role in your deployment

You will deploy it, own it and fund it. The code will be published under the MIT licence, and we will hold no key, role or funds in any deployed instance.

How it will work

  • The PLI price will come from the Plugin PLI/XDC feed, with an optional PLI/USDT and XDC/USD fallback used only when it is newer. Prices older than the maximum age you set at deployment will be refused. We suggest 45 minutes: 1.5 × the 30-minute heartbeat FeedKit assumes for PLI/XDC (Plugin publishes no heartbeat for this feed; the longest gap seen was about 30 minutes in an 18.5-hour sample, October 2026).
  • For each UserOperation, the contract pre-charges the maximum PLI at validation and automatically returns any unused PLI in the postOp step of the same transaction; it holds no user balance between transactions. The 5% markup and the 40k-gas post-operation reserve are set at deployment.
  • The owner (your dApp) will only be able to withdraw its own deposit, stake and collected PLI. Price source, markup and limits will be fixed at deployment: no proxy, pause or setter.
  • PLI has no permit function, so the first approval will cost XDC once, or can be a single operation you sponsor with a verifying paymaster.
  • Will work with our bundler's PLI mode (no sponsor signature, 80k post-operation gas). Tested on a local test network so far.
  • Open-source release package: download @feedplumb/pli-paymaster 0.1.0 (.tgz) and check /releases/manifest.json (SHA256SUMS).
